I know Ive been posting a lot of Car Downloads lately but I just think Cars show off what a Sim is worth really well, nearly better than the house they live in! The Car I have here now is a BMW 7 Series, one of the most luxurious in the BMW Range, and well worth the Sim price of $63,000. When I play the game I try and avoid Money cheats but this is one car that I had to have, so $50,000 extra in the bank did help me fulfill this wish... Any Sim who is a success in the  Political or Business career should have this car, preferably in black, as they just look so official.

When I first found this house I thought 'Oh god another modern mess' (The Sims websites are littered with these at the moment) but when I clicked on it, it actually looked quite good for once! The design is based on a historical home called 'Kaufmann Desert House' in Palm Springs, California and when you click on the link above you get a small history lesson of why the house is so famous. Its really quite good and worth the download :)

Whenever I play the Sims I love the fact that you can either be rich or poor... And its cars like this that makes you wonder.. Are they poor or does he just have an interest in classic cars? This car is perfect as its only $12,000 and you think do they have an extra 12 grand to spend on luxuries or are they just poor and cant change their car? I know I always overthink these things but Im the one who has the most fun with the downloads in the end :)

I found this website some-while ago and although nothing has been added recently, this has to be the best website for clothes downloads, especially for females. I picked this item today because like the Audi I posted two days ago, it doesn't have a class of person that would wear this. For example a rich Sim or an unemployed slob Sim could and it would fit in great for both!

This is simply my favourite car from this website and it looks really good in the game. I use it so often as its not that expensive ($45,000) and because its not so 'look at me' like a Lamborghini! 
I once created 4 families in a row and each of them had this car... Its just so cool :D
It probably doesn't help the way my Dad has this car aswell...
